Return & Refund Policy – Shorgul

We want you to love your shopping experience with Shorgul. If you're not completely satisfied, our return process is simple and customer-friendly.

• Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of order delivered. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can't offer a return.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • All the tags should be intact , the product must not be damaged or used with original packing. 

Refund Process

• Once  returned product passes quality check by our team, we will initiate with refund within 7-10 working days . 
  

• We will require bank detail for cod orders refund  and prepaid orders refund will be done in source account .
